1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 747link online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available therein (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all users, whether accessing the platform from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, or any other location in the Philippines or abroad.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use 747link. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming platforms. 747link strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify age at any time.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You represent and warrant that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 747link is legal in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Uniqueness. Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) 747link account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information. 747link may suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

2.5 Ineligible Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use 747link: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the platform or from online gaming generally; (c) employees and immediate family members of 747link and its affiliated providers; (d) persons from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 747link will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.2 You agree to notify 747link immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 747link will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 You must not allow any other person to access or use your 747link account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Wallet

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 747link accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 747link reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically process within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 747link is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited must originate from a legitimate source. 747link reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 747link reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and to require identity re-verification before reactivating access.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 747link are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion.

5.2 Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

5.3 747link reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus offers, 747link reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.4 Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address is permitted unless otherwise stated.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Each game available on 747link is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 All slot games, table games, and RNG-based games on 747link use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party auditors. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game providers.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 747link reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 747link platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or platform feature
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation
• Money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial activity
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person

747link will investigate all suspected violations. Confirmed violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 747link platform — including the 747link brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the property of 747link or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 747link content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 747link provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 747link shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of data, profits, or goodwill; (c) delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.

9.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited on the platform. 747link does not guarantee any returns on wagered funds.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 747link reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its reasonable discretion that a user has violated these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.

10.2 Upon termination for cause, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause or upon the user's request to close a compliant account, verifiable real-money balances (excluding non-cleared bonuses) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

10.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting 747link support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

11. Responsible Gaming

14. Amendments to These Terms

Where amendments are material, 747link will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
